• Once preparation or shipping begins, the return terms below apply.

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Completed or delivered design/digital services are non-refundable except for errors on our part.

3. Non-refundable items & services

• Custom-made products, completed services, and final deliverables (stated at the time of purchase).

4. Refund method & timing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via the Thawani gateway.
• They are processed within 7–14 business days of approval; posting time may vary by your bank or payment provider.
